Earn up to $4,000 with an Academic Achievement Award and Reduce Housing Costs!
EHS is pleased to welcome students to apply for the EHS Academic Achievement Award which enables a student, residing at the St. George residence in Brooklyn, to receive up to $4,000 in awards as a credit to reduce dorm costs. The Academic Achievement award will be limited to 50 participants. See below for eligibility requirements.
This is a three year program beginning in September 2014 and extending through May 2017. If a full time student is enrolled at a two or four year institution of higher education and reserves a dormitory bed by August 24, 2014, then he or she becomes eligible to participate in this program. The Academic Achievement Award (AAA) is based on a participating student, who meets the Eligibility Requirements below, earning a minimum GPA of 3.5 for the 2014/15 and 2015/16 academic years. If a minimum GPA of 3.5 is achieved in 2014/15 and the other Eligibility Requirements are satisfied, then EHS will award the student a $2,000 credit toward 9 month housing at St. George for the 2015/16 academic year. If the student maintains a 3.5 GPA through the 2015/16 academic year, then the award winning student will have their choice of either a $1,000 cash award, or a $2,000 credit towards 9 month St. George housing for the 2016/17 academic year.

- The $4,000 total credit is broken down into four $1,000 per semester credits: Fall 2015, Spring 2016, Fall 2016 and Spring 2017.

- Students qualifying for AAA will need to provide EHS a certified copy of his or her transcript with GPA, and book their 2015/16 reservation by August 24, 2015 to receive the credit.
