Student Life

Our student community is just one factor that sets us apart from a regular city apartment.

Sure, we save you the hassle of working with a a broker and their pesky hidden fees, scouring the Internet for hours looking for the best deals on your move-in date, and dealing with an M.I.A super... but we also create a home for you and your peers. Our staff hosts a slew of activities at each of the residences as well as around town. That way you can make a friend or dozen, and experience all that the city has to offer without even having to try!

We at EHS beleive you should always feel safe and secure at home. That's why we provide you with 24-hour emergency on call services, and make sure our on-site residence directors are able to give guidance and medical referral if ever needed.
