To ensure the safety and integrity of your reservation, all cancellations must be received in writing with a signature. A cancellation received 30 or more days prior to the start of the EHS semester will result in a 100% refund of the license fee; received less than 30 days before the start of the EHS semester will result in a 65% refund; and received on or after the start date of the EHS semester will result in no refund. The $200 membership fee is non-refundable, except in cases in which the application is not accepted. All refunds take 8-10 weeks to process and a refund in check form will be mailed to your permanent address. No refunds are issued via credit card.
