WHAT WE NEED
A professional, smart and savvy self-starter to support the Operations Manager. As an Studio Intern, you will attend to tasks that enable the studio to run smoothly and efficiently while also learning the ropes on how to manage a multi-faceted design/consultancy studio.
WHO YOU ARE:
We’re looking for someone reliable, punctual, proactive and trustworthy. We want someone who uses common sense, thinks quickly on their feet and knows how to juggle and prioritize many tasks. Proficiency in Mac’s, Outlook, Excel and MS Office is necessary. Interest in quantitative analysis is not essential but a huge plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior office experience preferred
WHAT THE POSITION ENTAILS:
• General Administrative tasks: Phones, filing faxing, scanning, errands, etc…
• Maintaining office and design supplies • Keeping all common areas tidy and organized
• Offering assistance with planning of small to large events • Placing and overseeing travel, messenger, and car arrangements • Working alongside Operations and Account Manager as second right-hand • Expense reconciliation, Workflow analysis,
• Liaison with vendors, IT, and building management • Exhibiting an eagerness to learning anything and everything you can
• Enjoying yourself and having a positive attitude
