The internship program is designed to provide college juniors, seniors and recent graduates with the best possible experience in the industry; gaining basic PR knowledge including press material writing, event planning, media, creative mailings and day-to-day client activities. Interns will have the opportunity to work with top-notch marketing professionals on brands such as Cover Girl, Max Factor, Clairol, Secret, Herbal Essences, Head & Shoulders, Audiovox, George Weston Bakeries, Detrol LA, Novo Nordisk, and Veramyst. Candidates should be energetic, efficient and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment. Must be a team player, have the ability to multitask, appropriate phone etiquette, familiarity with Microsoft Office programs and a "B" average or above is required. Communications majors are preferred. Past public relations experience a plus. Each intern is carefully selected based on account team needs, candidate skills and interests to make the program as fulfilling as possible for both parties.
