Description

The St. George Residence - Weller Building shares, along with its sister residences, the Clark Residence and St. George Residence - Studio Building, the block that once housed the famed St. George Hotel.

Located just one stop from lower manhattan, the St. George is within short walking distance to restaurants, shops and the Brooklyn Promenade with its breathtaking view of Manhattan. It's is great location for New York City experiences

Each single or double room is fully furnished and provides a TV, DVD player, refrigerator and internet access as well as a private bathroom. The Weller offers lounges with flat-screen TVs, a pool table and computers. It also has several communal kitchens and a large laundry facility. In addition, residents are eligible for a complimentary membership to the four-star Eastern Athletic Club, located next door.

Subway Directions: Take the 2 or 3 train to the Clark Street Station. Exit at Henry Street side and the St. George will be to the left.

OR Take the 4, 5, or R train to Court Street/Borough Hall. Exit at Montague/Clinton Street exit. Walk one block south to Henry Street. Make a right and continue for two blocks to the St. George Residence.
