An Educational Housing Services package is unlike any other rental arrangement in New York City. There are no broker fees, lease deposits, phone bills or separate utility expenses; no need to purchase or move furniture; no complicated roommate search; and no landlord hassles.

Furthermore, our living communities are designed and customized exclusively for college students and interns; nobody else resides there other than our on-site, specially trained EHS support staff. EHS is a private, not-for-profit organization committed solely to safe, affordable, convenient, innovative and empowering housing solutions for college students, interns, and recent graduates. Our focus is squarely on this mission and on serving our residents, their parents, higher education administrators, and the business community that employs our interns.

The following rates, which vary by property and room arrangement, are PER PERSON, PER SEMESTER. These rates all include the following:
