Yogalaties
< back to EventsAll who attended the Yogalaties event thoroughly enjoyed their class with Long Island-native instructor Stephanie who guided them through both an intense and relaxing yoga experience.
1760 residents enjoyed a new take on the popular Indian practice yoga called Yogalaties, which is a form of power yoga (Vinyasa) that works the core (yoga combined with palates) and provides more of an overall workout than traditional yoga. There is a strong focus on breathing throughout the exercise that is imperative to practicing yoga, and is what keeps yogis mentally and physically aligned.
And, of course, all residents left the event with Namaste!
