In the middle of everything. One stop to Queens. The Marymount Manhattan residence is located in a Midtown neighborhood on the east side, but still has easy access to the west. With apartment-size suites set up so you can enjoy your privacy and make friends at the same time, each unit features two bedrooms, a kitchen and a private bathroom. Like all our locations, you’ll have access to Student Life resources and special events, so there’s always something to do and someone to do it with.

A single-person living space, within a unit shared by two other people. This room is furnished with a regular bunked twin-size bed, a dresser, a closet and a desk with chair. The room features access to an in-unit bathroom and a kitchenette complete with a stove top, full-size refrigerator and microwave. Please note, although this room is for one occupant, there is extra furniture in the room that can be used for extra storage.

Rates are per person, and for the entire semester.

Term Two Dates: June 2, 2024 – August 10, 2024

Room Assignment Information

In a shared room/suite, Female and Male rooms are assigned to residents whose gender identity aligns with the gender of that room. Selecting Neutral allows residents to reside with other residents regardless of gender identity, sex or gender expression.

Subject to availability. All 9 month reservations require 30% plus Membership Fee at the time of reservation, with 30% due by 8/1 and the final 40% due by 12/1.

4. Provide Guarantor Information

A guarantor is a person over the age of 21, usually a parent, who agrees to be responsible if you are ever unable to fulfill the financial obligations of your housing agreement. If you can't get a parent to be a guarantor, the next best bet would be a relative or friend.

Cancellation deadlines by semester:

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To ensure the integrity of your reservation, all cancellation requests MUST be received by EHS through DocuSign or sent via certified or registered mail (to 55 Clark Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, Attention: Director of Leasing). Your request MUST be processed by DocuSign by 11:59 pm New York City Time, or postmarked on or before the cancellation deadlines set forth above. Cancellation requests processed or postmarked after the deadline or sent via a different method will result in NO REFUND of monies paid.

If there is a guarantor (required for 9 and 12 month reservations), the guarantor will be responsible to guarantee payment pursuant to the License Agreement and the Guaranty.

The client also understands that the Membership Fee is NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE.

All refunds are processed via check within 8-10 weeks and mailed to the client.
