ID Cards

Each EHS resident will be issued a photo EHS ID card to enter the building and their room. All residents are required to carry their EHS ID at all times and must present it to the security guard before they can be admitted to the residence. This ID card will also be your room key.

If someone is found with an EHS ID/Key that doesn’t belong to them, the resident will face disciplinary sanctions including possible expulsion and the ID/Key will be confiscated. For the complete list of policies please read our Code of Conduct.

Replacement Fees:

  • Photo ID is $20.00.
  • Mailbox key is $10.00.

Please understand that it is your responsibility to carry your ID/key with you at all times. We will keep track of lock-outs and expect that you will adhere to the lock out policies found in the Code of Conduct. If you are locked out you should first go to EHS Student Life Office during the posted office hours. For lock-outs after the Student Life Office is closed, you must seek out Security. There are fees related to lock-outs, please visit the Code of Conduct for more information.

EHS reserves the right to update the Code of Conduct from time to time as a result of changing events, facts, and circumstances. Resident agrees to fully abide by such updates. All updates will be published online.
