You are on your way to an amazing time in New York City, and we here to make sure you experience it all! Please be advised that we are booking very quickly, and there are limited beds available.

Rates are per person for the full 9-month period and include:

  • All utilities
  • Cable, Internet, national calling
  • Fitness center access, air conditioning, etc.

9-month dates for all buildings are August 20, 2017 – May 19, 2018. If you need an early arrival or extension, please contact a Student Housing Advisor at 1-800-297-4694 to discuss your request.

All 9-month reservations do require a Parental Guarantor to secure the reservation. Please speak with your housing advisor once you have submitted your application for all details.

 **There are NO broker fees, or any additional monthly charges.  All reservations require a $250 membership fee.  This fee is annual, not per semester.

For 9-month and 12-month reservations: 30% of the total room rate plus the $250 membership fee is due at time of booking (if prior to August 1),  30% due on August 1 and the remaining 40% is due December 1.

For 9-month and 12-month reservations after August 1: 60% of the total room rate plus the $250 membership fee is due at time of booking, and the remaining 40% is due on December 1.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  

To ensure the integrity of your reservation, all cancellation requests MUST be received by EHS through DocuSign or sent via certified or registered mail.  Your request MUST be processed by DocuSign by 11:59 pm, Eastern Standard Time, or postmarked on or before the cancellation deadlines set forth below to be eligible for a refund.  Cancellation requests processed or postmarked after the deadline or sent via a different method will result in NO REFUND of monies paid.

Cancellations received or postmarked after the deadline will NOT receive refunds and the student will be responsible for the full cost of the reservation pursuant to the License Agreement.  If there is a guarantor, the guarantor will be responsible to guaranty payment pursuant to the License Agreement and the Guaranty.

The student/intern also understands that the Membership Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

All refunds are processed via check within 8-10 weeks and mailed to the student/intern.

Cancellation deadlines by semester:

Room Assignment Information

In a shared room/suite, Female and Male rooms are assigned to residents whose gender identity aligns with the gender of that room. Selecting Neutral allows residents to reside with other residents regardless of gender identity, sex or gender expression.

4. Provide Guarantor Information

A guarantor is a person over the age of 21, usually a parent, who agrees to be responsible if you are ever unable to fulfill the financial obligations of your housing agreement. If you can't get a parent to be a guarantor, the next best bet would be a relative or friend.

Your request MUST be processed by DocuSign by 11:59 pm New York City Time, or postmarked on or before the cancellation deadlines set forth above. Cancellation requests processed or postmarked after the deadline or sent via a different method will result in NO REFUND of monies paid.

If there is a guarantor (required for 9 and 12 month reservations), the guarantor will be responsible to guarantee payment pursuant to the License Agreement and the Guaranty.
