I loved living here! All the staff are very friendly, personable, and helpful. The issues I had with my room were very few, but what little issues I did have were fixed within a day or two thanks to the RA's. The lobby security was great and we have our own elevators that require a key card to operate. It's a bit pricey to live here, but for the service and peace of mind I think it's worth every penny.

Super good deal, all things considered! The location is perfect, Penn Station is right below, along with several convenient places to grab quick food. The EHS Staff were always prompt to respond and help whenever/however. The single rooms were spacious and did the job. The monthly events were always a welcome addition and a great way to meet new people. Would definitely recommend EHS New Yorker to any incoming students. Excellent deal.

The staff at EHS are mainly in their 20s which is amazing because you get really close with them and they host all kinds of events for residents throughout the months. The rooms are dorm-style but one plus I love about the New Yorker location is that because it's part of the hotel, the security is good so I always feel safe. The only downside is that it's right next to Madison Square Garden/Penn Station so it can get very noisy at night especially if you have a room facing the stadium. The lounges, study facilities, kitchen, and gym areas are always very clean and tidy. The laundry room is at the basement of the hotel which can be a hassle to get to but there are a lot of washers and dryers though so most of the time you can snag one (although Sundays are busier). Overall, I've had a very pleasant experience so far with EHS! The staff truly are the best!

Moving into my new room was a smooth and easy experience thanks to the support from both the security team and RA staff. Officer Mac was especially helpful, going out of his way to assist with the doors and provide detailed information that made the process seamless. Additionally, RA Rachel was extremely kind and responsive over email, answering all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. Their efforts made the transition into my new space stress-free and greatly appreciated.

EHS staff at the New Yorker were all very welcoming and helpful! They planned lots of events for interns to get to know each other. Very happy to have stayed with them this summer! They also offer unique opportunities like AMC movie vouchers that allow for a more affordable NYC experience.

I’ve been living here for a week now and i’ve had the most welcoming experience since moving to NY! The people are so kind and the security team is amazing. I’d definitely recommend this place to students and interns!
