1760 THIRD AVENUE RESIDENCE

MONSTER MASH! - The1760 Third Avenue Residence will be having its annual monster mash. Everyone is invited to join them in costume and the best costumes of the night will win a prize. Décor will be both gory and festive to set the Halloween mood. They will be enjoying music and some delicious foods with some creative Halloween twists. Everyone will also have a chance to participate in the annual Mummy-wrapping contest. Who will wrap the mummy fastest? Whose costume will be the most horrifying? Stop by the 1760 monster mash and find out!

NEW YORKER RESIDENCE

MONSTER MOVIE MONDAYS - For the month of October, the New Yorker is showing some of the scariest horror movies of our time! Every Monday during October, the 16th Floor Lounge will be home to horror-fest where we will show a scary movie. Movie showing begins at 7PM and are FREE! Bring your popcorn.
BLOOD MANOR - If you are looking for something to make the hair on your arms stand up, join them on Thursday October 13, 2011, as we take a trip to New York City’s Premiere Haunted House, Blood Manor. Tickets are limited. Residents must sign up and pay for their ticket in the Student Life Office during our office hours.

$10 per ticket (regular $35). First come, first serve. The trip begins at 7:30PM, sharp!!

ST. GEORGE RESIDENCE

HALLOWEEN COSTUME PARTY- Get ready for some spooky fun as your St. George Residence put on a Halloween Costume Party. Come dressed in your scariest best and get down to the latest jams as well as compete in our Halloween costume contest! There will be food and beverages for attendees inside the haunted Chow Kitchen which will be transformed into an arena of horror and fear! Everyone is welcome to join on Thursday, October 27th at 9PM.

Brooklyn Bridge park is awesome and it’s a 5 minute walk away.

4. Provide Guarantor Information

A guarantor is a person over the age of 21, usually a parent, who agrees to be responsible if you are ever unable to fulfill the financial obligations of your housing agreement. If you can't get a parent to be a guarantor, the next best bet would be a relative or friend.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To ensure the integrity of your reservation, all cancellation requests MUST be received by EHS through DocuSign or sent via certified or registered mail (to 55 Clark Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, Attention: Director of Leasing). Your request MUST be processed by DocuSign by 11:59 pm New York City Time, or postmarked on or before the cancellation deadlines set forth above. Cancellation requests processed or postmarked after the deadline or sent via a different method will result in NO REFUND of monies paid.

If there is a guarantor (required for 9 and 12 month reservations), the guarantor will be responsible to guarantee payment pursuant to the License Agreement and the Guaranty.

The client also understands that the Membership Fee is NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE.

All refunds for payments made within the last 180 days via credit/debit card shall be issued back onto the card used for payment. Refunds for all other payments will be issued via check and mailed to the student / intern. Please allow 8-10 weeks for processing.
