EHS is an ideal choice for LIM students because each building is located in a prime neighborhood bustling with restaurants, culture, and access to parks. Each residence also offers a bundle of impressive amenities including free wifi, central air conditioning, fitness centers, 24-hour security and more.

All EHS residents also enjoy access to EHS' exclusive Student Life program, which includes virtual events and in-person trips to famous museums, Yankees games, food festivals and more, providing an easy way for residents to meet and form friendships.

The EHS New Yorker Residence is located in the heart of Manhattan, only steps away from Penn Station, and is LIM's residence of choice for LIM students because it's only a 15-minute subway ride away or 30 minute walk from campus. Students also love that the residence has the Tik Tok Diner right in the lobby for fast, delicious meals, and also has grocery stores, pharmacies, and shopping/entertainment nearby.

The EHS St. George Residence is another great option, located in beautiful Brooklyn Heights, only a 30 minute-subway ride from LIM's campus. This is a great choice for students who want to enjoy Brooklyn's laid-back vibe while still being close to the action of Manhattan and campus. Restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping and culture are all close to the building so residents have everything they need.

4. Provide Guarantor Information

A guarantor is a person over the age of 21, usually a parent, who agrees to be responsible if you are ever unable to fulfill the financial obligations of your housing agreement. If you can't get a parent to be a guarantor, the next best bet would be a relative or friend.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To ensure the integrity of your reservation, all cancellation requests MUST be received by EHS through DocuSign or sent via certified or registered mail (to 55 Clark Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, Attention: Director of Leasing). Your request MUST be processed by DocuSign by 11:59 pm New York City Time, or postmarked on or before the cancellation deadlines set forth above. Cancellation requests processed or postmarked after the deadline or sent via a different method will result in NO REFUND of monies paid.

If there is a guarantor (required for 9 and 12 month reservations), the guarantor will be responsible to guarantee payment pursuant to the License Agreement and the Guaranty.

The client also understands that the Membership Fee is NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE.

All refunds for payments made within the last 180 days via credit/debit card shall be issued back onto the card used for payment. Refunds for all other payments will be issued via check and mailed to the student / intern. Please allow 8-10 weeks for processing.
