Welcome Pace Students!


Educational Housing Services (EHS) welcomes Pace Students to the EHS Payment Through Pace Program! For over 15 years, Pace University and EHS have partnered to provide safe, convenient housing for thousands of Pace students, just like you. We are pleased to offer this special payment arrangement at our 55 John St residence, just steps away from the Pace University Campus!


To get started you will need to ensure that you have completed the EHS Payment Through Pace Students Account Program enrollment form (now available in Pace's MyHousing for all waitlisted students). Once completed, just click the "Request More Information" below to get started. Please note, you must use your pace.edu email address when submitting the request on EHS's website in order to be eligible for this program.

Please note - This program is limited exclusively to stays at the 55 John St location. Bookings at any other EHS residence are not eligible to be billed through Pace and must be paid out of pocket. There are no exceptions.

 

 

The EHS 55 John Street, is ideal for Pace University Students. It is now available year-round, in the city's most historic neighborhood and the city's financial home. Take in views of Lady Liberty from Battery Park or visit the New York Stock Exchange. Check out Chinatown or take in the shopping and restaurants at South Street Seaport, all within walking distance. You'll appreciate the quick commute to your school or internship, and having plenty of places to unwind afterwards.
