ST. GEORGE RESIDENCE - Dumbo Arts Festival

What better way to explore a neighborhood than through the arts? Join EHS on a trip to enjoy the free DUMBO (Down Under Manhattan Bridge Overpass) Arts Festival. Now in its 17th year, the festival brings over 500 artists from local, national, and international fields to the Brooklyn neighborhood for three days of art, music, and performance. Enjoy various installations and exhibitions throughout the streets, parks, and every corner of beautiful DUMBO! We’ll be leaving the St. George Residence on Sunday, September 29th from the Clark Lobby. Meeting time is 12PM. See you there!

NEW YORKER RESIDENCE - Speed Mingling

What better way to meet people than to participate in a "speed-mingle"? Join EHS and meet new residents by taking part in quick two-minute interviews! Prepare for a night of laughs and making new friends! Snacks and drinks will be provided. This event is free for our residents! Sign up in the Student Life Office today! Come mingle on Thursday, September 12th at 8PM in the 15th Floor Lounge.

1760 THIRD AVENUE RESIDENCE - Yankees Game

Enjoy an afternoon with the famous pinstripes! Take in a New York Yankees game as they play the Tampa Bay Rays on September 25th. Located in the Bronx, Yankee Stadium is a sight to see in its own right, modeled after the original structure. Be sure to wear the team colors, midnight blue and white! The game is a must for all New Yorkers, so be sure to root, root, root for the home team!
Meet in the 1760 Lobby at 6PM. You may also leave from the St. George Residence at 6PM or the New Yorker Residence at 5:45PM. Tickets may be purchased for $20.00 in the Student Life Office in your building (Reg. Price $27.50).

Brooklyn Bridge park is awesome and it’s a 5 minute walk away.

4. Provide Guarantor Information

A guarantor is a person over the age of 21, usually a parent, who agrees to be responsible if you are ever unable to fulfill the financial obligations of your housing agreement. If you can't get a parent to be a guarantor, the next best bet would be a relative or friend.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To ensure the integrity of your reservation, all cancellation requests MUST be received by EHS through DocuSign or sent via certified or registered mail (to 55 Clark Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, Attention: Director of Leasing). Your request MUST be processed by DocuSign by 11:59 pm New York City Time, or postmarked on or before the cancellation deadlines set forth above. Cancellation requests processed or postmarked after the deadline or sent via a different method will result in NO REFUND of monies paid.

If there is a guarantor (required for 9 and 12 month reservations), the guarantor will be responsible to guarantee payment pursuant to the License Agreement and the Guaranty.

The client also understands that the Membership Fee is NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE.

All refunds are processed via check within 8-10 weeks and mailed to the client.
