That’s why we put together some highlights of all five locations so students and interns just like you can choose housing that best suits your needs.

St. George Towers

The St. George residence sits right in the middle of historic Brooklyn Heights, one of the most sought-after neighborhoods for young professionals looking for more laid-back city life. Living at the St. George puts you within a minute walking distance of the 2/3, 4/5, A, C and R trains, giving you easy access to anywhere you need to go. While there are plenty of transportation options, with the East River, Brooklyn Bridge, and DUMBO a short walk away, you may never want to leave the neighborhood. Surrounded by beautiful rows of brownstones, a variety of parks, and the common celebrity sightings, we can understand the urge to stay in the area and soak up the Brooklyn Heights life.

John Street

Want to live in the most historic part of New York City? The John Street residence sits in the middle of the Financial District, surrounded by cobblestone streets, fine dining (and delicious cheap options), and the rich history of Wall Street. With endless shopping options like South Street Seaport, The Oculus, or Brookfield Place, you have anything you could want at your fingertips. New Yorker

In the heart of Manhattan, living at the famous New Yorker residence puts you steps away from Penn Station, Madison Square Garden, Times Square, and so much more. If those aren’t enough, you’ll have easy access to the subway and the Amtrak to go uptown, downtown, Long Island, and everywhere in between. With views of the Empire State Building right from the common areas, you’ll get to watch the hustle and bustle of the city and truly live the life of a New Yorker.

Cooper Square

Located in the East Village, The Cooper Square residence is surrounded by a charming neighborhood feel combined with fast-paced city life, giving you the best of both worlds. Whether you are looking for a quiet meal on a charming outdoor patio, or a shopping day in SoHo, the East Village has it all. After a long day, give yourself a rest and head up to the wrap-around terrace to put your feet up while soaking in the picturesque view.

Marymount

Want to live close to The Museum of Modern Art, Rockefeller Center, and Radio City Music Hall? The Marymount residence is perfect for you. Located in Midtown East, you’ll have easy access to some of NYC’s most famous landmarks. It’s not every day that you can step out your front door and walk to one of the most well-known museums in the world, see a birds-eye view of NYC from the Top of the Rock, and still have time to grab dinner with friends. 4. Provide Guarantor Information

First & Last Name

A guarantor is a person over the age of 21, usually a parent, who agrees to be responsible if you are ever unable to fulfill the financial obligations of your housing agreement. If you can't get a parent to be a guarantor, the next best bet would be a relative or friend.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To ensure the integrity of your reservation, all cancellation requests MUST be received by EHS through DocuSign or sent via certified or registered mail (to 55 Clark Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, Attention: Director of Leasing). Your request MUST be processed by DocuSign by 11:59 pm New York City Time, or postmarked on or before the cancellation deadlines set forth above. Cancellation requests processed or postmarked after the deadline or sent via a different method will result in NO REFUND of monies paid.

If there is a guarantor (required for 9 and 12 month reservations), the guarantor will be responsible to guarantee payment pursuant to the License Agreement and the Guaranty.

The client also understands that the Membership Fee is NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE.

All refunds for payments made within the last 180 days via credit/debit card shall be issued back onto the card used for payment. Refunds for all other payments will be issued via check and mailed to the student / intern. Please allow 8-10 weeks for processing.
