Educational Housing Services (EHS) is a not-for-profit organization that provides safe, convenient housing services to thousands of students and interns working to make their dreams come true, just like you.

The EHS New Yorker Residence in Midtown Manhattan

Located just steps from Penn Station, The EHS New Yorker puts all of New York City at your fingertips. With easy access to multiple subway lines, Amtrak, New Jersey Transit, and the LIRR, getting to and from Molloy’s campus is simple and reliable. The residence features student lounges, and study rooms, making it a comfortable and social place to call home. You’ll also be in the heart of Midtown West, surrounded by both iconic attractions and local favorites.

The EHS Hudson Yards Campus in Manhattan West

This year-round residence offers a modern campus feel in one of NYC’s most dynamic neighborhoods. Formerly known as The Webster, the Hudson Yards Campus has a long history of housing students and interns. Today, it features updated interiors, open shared spaces, and sleek aesthetics. Located near the 7 train and just a short subway ride from Molloy, it combines urban convenience with residential comfort in the center of Manhattan West.

4. Provide Guarantor Information

First & Last Name

A guarantor is a person over the age of 21, usually a parent, who agrees to be responsible if you are ever unable to fulfill the financial obligations of your housing agreement. If you can't get a parent to be a guarantor, the next best bet would be a relative or friend.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To ensure the integrity of your reservation, all cancellation requests MUST be received by EHS through DocuSign or sent via certified or registered mail (to 55 Clark Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, Attention: Director of Leasing). Your request MUST be processed by DocuSign by 11:59 pm New York City Time, or postmarked on or before the cancellation deadlines set forth above. Cancellation requests processed or postmarked after the deadline or sent via a different method will result in NO REFUND of monies paid.

If there is a guarantor (required for 9 and 12 month reservations), the guarantor will be responsible to guarantee payment pursuant to the License Agreement and the Guaranty.

The client also understands that the Membership Fee is NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE.

All refunds for payments made within the last 180 days via credit/debit card shall be issued back onto the card used for payment. Refunds for all other payments will be issued via check and mailed to the student / intern. Please allow 8-10 weeks for processing.
