ST. GEORGE RESIDENCE - Brooklyn Carousel

Join the St. George Residence Facebook Group

Residents at the St. George will be exploring Brooklyn Heights this month as they familiarize themselves with their new neighborhood. One stop will be Jane's Carousel. On September 16th at 2pm, RA Sofia and residents of the St. George will be taking a short walk to the Brooklyn Bridge Park to enjoy the fabulous Manhattan skyline, as well as ride one of the oldest carousels in the nation.

NEW YORKER RESIDENCE - Chelsea Piers Batting Cages

Join the New Yorker Residence Facebook Group

On September 10, 2012 RA Laura will be taking residents to the Chelsea Piers Batting Cages! The first ten pitches will be on us and students will get to brush up on their batting skills or learn how to bat all together! Residents will have the chance to interact with other residents while taking part in an activity that is as American as apple-pie! This event is free for residents. Sign-up in the Student Life Office today!

1760 THIRD AVENUE RESIDENCE - The Unconvention

Join the 1760 Third Avenue Residence Facebook Group

The Unconvention - In the aftermath of the party conventions, 92Y’s Campaign for the American Conversation and Comedy Central’s Indecision present a range of voices and visions on the election and the state of the nation. Politicians, commentators and comedians come together for a night of both serious insight and unlimited laughter. Join a provocative group of panelists from right, left and center for a political party—with a twist.

Brooklyn Bridge park is awesome and it’s a 5 minute walk away.

— Sam Sodomsky,
