EHS is superb student housing with round the clock concierge! Perfect location accessible to local transit for simplistic citywide commutes coupled with quick access to local grocers, a in house gym & nearby jujitsu.

All student needs are near & within reach. The ground floor kitchen, communal pool table, and office space for virtual meetings. Wether its a local summer intern experience in Manhattan or a Tandon engineering student, 55 Clark street is the premier student housing option for all independent college going students in need of close proximity to everything imaginable.

I lived at EHS St. George Towers on Clark Street this summer through corporate housing, and I had a great experience. The building was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Having a comfortable place to stay made it much easier to settle in and enjoy my summer in New York. I’m glad I stayed here and would recommend it to other students and interns looking for housing in the city.

Loved my stay during the internship this summer, I was on the Clark side of the building. Kitchen had lot of stations to cook food, all the amenities were available. Pool table was fun and staff were helpful with inquiries. Would recommend for people studying or interning in nyc, two subway stations very close to it so it’s easy to get anywhere and lot of grocery stores and delis around it too.

Felt safe having security at the entrance, front desk staff are friendly, there are cute socials during the term (sometimes free food!)

I stayed at this location for a few months during my summer internship in midtown. All of the staff were helpful and friendly; they could answer any questions I had about my living or the city in general. I always felt very safe at this location due to the high security and presence of other students. My room itself was very clean when I moved in, and I never had any issues with my AC, sink, furniture, or anything else in the building. The shared areas (i.e., kitchen and bathrooms) were also regularly cleaned. Overall, I would recommend this option to those working/going to school in the midtown area. The only downside I experienced was the shared kitchen getting crowded, so I wouldn't recommend as a long-term option.

Stayed here for my summer internship. It's in a great Midtown spot, with an easy walk to work and Central Park. The suite had a kitchenette, which was nice. It's basically a dorm, but for a summer in NYC it was convenient and I'd recommend it.

Loved it, the experience living here during the summer was exceptional, the location is very convenient, close to the 2,3 lines and also the A,C lines 8 minute walk away, to reach Manhattan or any other borough.

The living conditions were great, I appreciate the amenities like TVs, Cinema room, pool table, on site laundry, and shared kitchen.

The restroom didnt have a lot of space for putting toiletries (only a shelf behind the mirror) theres a specific tower that has better rooms, so keep that in mind.

Overall would recommend.
