The EHS New Yorker Residence is a great option to help enhance the NYC Summer Internship Experience.

The EHS New Yorker Residence, only steps away from Penn Station, is an ideal choice for Syracuse students. Restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping and culture are all close to the building so residents have everything they need. Shopping in Herald Square is nearby, plus Central Park and the High Line offer a chance to escape the action and recharge. Students also love that the residence has the Tik Tok Diner right in the lobby for fast, delicious meals. This residence offers a bundle of impressive amenities including free wifi, central air conditioning, fitness centers, 24-hour security and more.

All EHS residents also enjoy access to EHS' exclusive Student Life program, which includes virtual events and in-person trips to famous museums, Yankees games, food festivals and more, providing an easy way for residents to meet and form friendships.

Rest assured knowing that EHS's highest priority always is the safety and well-being of students and staff. EHS residences offer 24/7 security guards at each building entrance, as well as live-in professional Student Life staff ready to help out with any questions or issues that come up. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the security of the building is taken very seriously, which gives me peace of mind. I would highly suggest any college student live at EHS.

4. Provide Guarantor Information

A guarantor is a person over the age of 21, usually a parent, who agrees to be responsible if you are ever unable to fulfill the financial obligations of your housing agreement. If you can't get a parent to be a guarantor, the next best bet would be a relative or friend.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To ensure the integrity of your reservation, all cancellation requests MUST be received by EHS through DocuSign or sent via certified or registered mail (to 55 Clark Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, Attention: Director of Leasing). Your request MUST be processed by DocuSign by 11:59 pm New York City Time, or postmarked on or before the cancellation deadlines set forth above. Cancellation requests processed or postmarked after the deadline or sent via a different method will result in NO REFUND of monies paid.

If there is a guarantor (required for 9 and 12 month reservations), the guarantor will be responsible to guarantee payment pursuant to the License Agreement and the Guaranty.

The client also understands that the Membership Fee is NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE.

All refunds for payments made within the last 180 days via credit/debit card shall be issued back onto the card used for payment. Refunds for all other payments will be issued via check and mailed to the student / intern. Please allow 8-10 weeks for processing.
