The EHS East Village Residence is blocks from Union Square and surrounded by restaurants and cafes galore. The residence is in the heart of the East Village, one of NYC's most vibrant and storied neighborhoods. You'll have endless things to see and do, and will have easy access to countless other neighborhoods too. With amenities like air conditioning, 24/7 security and a beautiful private backyard, the East Village Residence truly has it all and more. Summer Only.

OUR OTHER EHS RESIDENCES

The EHS New Yorker Residence offers the convenient Tik Tok Diner right in the building lobby for fast, delicious meals. Grocery stores, pharmacies, prime restaurants and shopping in Herald Square are all nearby, plus Central Park and the High Line offer a chance to escape the action and recharge.

The EHS St. George Residence is within one block of restaurants, coffee shops and two grocery stores. It's also only a few-minute walk away from the world-famous Promenade which offers stunning views of Manhattan, and a short walk to Brooklyn Bridge Park and the famous restaurants and shopping in Dumbo and on Montague Street. Stores like Trader Joes, pharmacies, and entertainment are all also close by the building.

The EHS 55 John St. is a historic neighborhood and the city's financial home. Take in views of Lady Liberty from Battery Park or visit the New York Stock Exchange. Check out Chinatown or take in the shopping and restaurants at South Street Seaport, all within walking distance. You'll appreciate the quick commute to your school or internship, and having plenty of places to unwind afterwards. Summer Only.

EHS residences offer 24/7 security guards at each building entrance, as well as live-in professional Student Life staff ready to help out with any questions or issues that come up. 4. Provide Guarantor Information

First & Last Name

A guarantor is a person over the age of 21, usually a parent, who agrees to be responsible if you are ever unable to fulfill the financial obligations of your housing agreement. If you can't get a parent to be a guarantor, the next best bet would be a relative or friend.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To ensure the integrity of your reservation, all cancellation requests MUST be received by EHS through DocuSign or sent via certified or registered mail (to 55 Clark Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, Attention: Director of Leasing). Your request MUST be processed by DocuSign by 11:59 pm New York City Time, or postmarked on or before the cancellation deadlines set forth above. Cancellation requests processed or postmarked after the deadline or sent via a different method will result in NO REFUND of monies paid.

If there is a guarantor (required for 9 and 12 month reservations), the guarantor will be responsible to guarantee payment pursuant to the License Agreement and the Guaranty.

The client also understands that the Membership Fee is NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE.

All refunds for payments made within the last 180 days via credit/debit card shall be issued back onto the card used for payment. Refunds for all other payments will be issued via check and mailed to the student / intern. Please allow 8-10 weeks for processing.
