301 First offers apartment-style living featuring single and double room options. Each resident receives access to an in-unit bathroom and kitchenette, AC with digital thermostat, twin XL-size bed, desk with chair, wardrobe, and two dresser units so you’re ready to go on day one.

A single-person living space, within a unit shared by two to three other people. This room is furnished with a twin XL-size bed, a wardrobe, one dresser unit, and a desk with chair. The room features access to an in-unit bathroom, AC with digital thermostat, and a kitchenette complete with a stovetop, full refrigerator, and microwave.
Rates are per person, and for the entire semester.
A double (two-person) occupancy living space, within a unit shared by two to five other people. This room is furnished with a twin XL-size bed, one dresser unit, a wardrobe, and a desk with chair per person. The room features access to an in-unit bathroom, AC with digital thermostat, and a kitchenette complete with a stovetop, full refrigerator, and microwave.
Rates are per person, and for the entire semester.
A double (two-person) occupancy living space, within a unit shared by three other people. This room is furnished with a bunked twin XL-size bed, one dresser unit, a wardrobe, and a desk with chair per person. The room features access to an in-unit bathroom, AC with digital thermostat, and a kitchenette complete with a stovetop, full refrigerator, and microwave.
Rates are per person, and for the entire semester.
