With apartment-size suites set up so you can enjoy your privacy and make friends at the same time, each unit features two bedrooms, a kitchen and a private bathroom. Like all our locations, you’ll have access to Student Life resources and special events, so there’s always something to do and someone to do it with.

Whether you're looking for a single or double, your comfort matters. Your room at Marymount Manhattan comes with a lofted bed – loft-style beds are raised, with the desk and dresser underneath the bed – desk with chair and dressers that maximize space, so you're ready to go day one. Single rooms have bunk beds but are only for one person. All rooms feature an in-suite bathroom and kitchen.

A single-person living space. The room features double furniture – two bunked regular twin-size beds, two dressers and two desks with chairs – but is occupied by one resident. The rooms have basic cable but televisions are not provided. (TV must have a a built-in QAM.) The suite bathroom and kitchen/living area is shared with up to four residents. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchen table with chairs, an apartment-size refrigerator, a stovetop and a microwave (no oven).
Rates are per person, and for the entire semester.
A double (two person) occupancy living space. Each resident receives a lofted regular twin-size bed – loft-style beds are raised, with the desk and dresser underneath the bed for efficient use of space – a dresser and desk with chair. The rooms have basic cable but televisions are not provided. (TV must have a a built-in QAM.) The suite bathroom and kitchen/living area is shared with up to four residents. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchen table with chairs, an apartment-size refrigerator, a stovetop and a microwave (no oven).
