Every room maximizes space in a modern way, featuring a large private bathroom, a personal bed, desk with chair, closet, a small in-room kitchenette (featuring a sink, microwave and 3.5 cubic feet refrigerator), and concrete walls that keep the sounds of the city outside. Residents have access to a communal kitchen and dining area, a laundry room, shared common spaces, an outdoor patio, and a rooftop restaurant operated by the neighboring Penny Hotel.

Room Assignment Information

In a shared room/suite, Female and Male rooms are assigned to residents whose gender identity aligns with the gender of that room. Selecting Neutral allows residents to reside with other residents regardless of gender identity, sex or gender expression.

Subject to availability. All 9 month reservations require 30% plus Membership Fee at the time of reservation, with 30% due by 8/1 and the final 40% due by 12/1.

4. Provide Guarantor Information

A guarantor is a person over the age of 21, usually a parent, who agrees to be responsible if you are ever unable to fulfill the financial obligations of your housing agreement. If you can't get a parent to be a guarantor, the next best bet would be a relative or friend.

Cancellation deadlines by semester:

  • Summer Only Reservations -

    April 15th

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To ensure the integrity of your reservation, all cancellation requests MUST be received by EHS through DocuSign or sent via certified or registered mail (to 55 Clark Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, Attention: Director of Leasing). Your request MUST be processed by DocuSign by 11:59 pm New York City Time, or postmarked on or before the cancellation deadlines set forth above. Cancellation requests processed or postmarked after the deadline or sent via a different method will result in NO REFUND of monies paid.

If there is a guarantor (required for 9 and 12 month reservations), the guarantor will be responsible to guarantee payment pursuant to the License Agreement and the Guaranty.

The client also understands that the Membership Fee is NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE.

All refunds are processed via check within 8-10 weeks and mailed to the client.
