Visitor Policy

This policy exists to allow residents to have visitors in a manner that does not infringe upon the comfort or rights of other residents and maintains an appropriate level of safety and security in the building. Hosting and/or being a visitor is a privilege, not a right. It is expected that residents having visitors know and abide by the visitor policy, communicate with their roommate(s) and make compromises when necessary. EHS reserves the right to change policies due to resident/visitor behavior.

Visitors must abide by all EHS policies and procedures. Residents are responsible for any action of their visitor. Visitors who violate any EHS policy, while in an EHS residence, are subject to disciplinary sanctions, legal penalties, and will be asked to leave the residence. Additionally, the visitor may be banned from future visits and the resident may lose visitor privileges. EHS has the right to ban any visitor at any time. EHS does not provide beds, bedding, or linens for any visitor. Additionally, visitors are not permitted to use a residents ID/Keys to gain access to the building or the resident’s room.
