ID Cards

Residents will be issued an EHS photo ID card and keys to enter the building and their room. All residents are required to carry their EHS ID at all times and must scan at the security desk before they can be admitted to the residence. 

If someone is found with an EHS ID/Key that doesn’t belong to them, the resident will face disciplinary sanctions and the ID/Key will be confiscated. For the complete list of policies please read our Code of Conduct.

Replacement Fees:

• EHS ID is $20.00.
• Apartment key is $50.00.
• Bedroom key is $50.00.

LOCKOUTS

It is your responsibility to always carry your ID/key card with you. If you are locked out, you should go to Security for assistance.
