When It Is Time To Leave

Please note, you must check-out on or before 12pm on your move out day assigned by either EHS or the school you are in a contract with. Failure to do so will result in additional charges.

If you need an extension for a later departure date, you must contact the EHS Associate Directors at St.George@studenthousing.org or by calling 212-994-8813. If you booked directly with your school/institution we recommend that you speak to them. For a list of charges please check our Damages section in the building Code of Conduct.

Check-Out Instructions:

• Clean and remove garbage and all personal belongings from your room.

• All food must be removed from your refrigerator.

• Return all furniture to its original setup.

• Please note, if the room is not returned in broom swept condition, you may incur Inproper check-out fees.

• Once you are ready to depart the residence, follow instructions listed on the Check-Out Box located in the Clark or Henry Street lobbies.

Arrangements:

• Please notify all merchants (Amazon, etc) of your change of address, as we cannot forward packages.

• Any packages that arrive after your check-out will be returned to the sender.

• Please follow all St. George visitor policies when signing in visitors assisting with check-out.
